Coaching Fees
You can choose from a block of 8, 10 or 12 hourly sessions (face to face or by telephone/skype), usually fortnightly and payable monthly in advance. If you need the sessions to be flexible we can design them to suit your personal needs. By request I have made available one-off focussed booster or ‘maintenance’ sessions. The also make great Gift Vouchers:
All blocks include:
- 1 hour of coaching plus all relevant preparation
- Email support between sessions
- Research and use of extensive supportive tools during our sessions
- Research into books, articles and websites to reinforce your changes
- Recommended reading of books, articles, websites or viewing of dvd’s
