What am I committing to?

You will receive coaching from me as per our pre-agreed arrangement.  In this environment we would share a mutual trust and empathy with a relationship of equality between us.

I would expect you to:

• Accept and respect yourself exactly as you are now and believe that you are capable of doing absolutely anything that you want with the appropriate adjustments

• Accept and embrace your past, no matter what may have happened, using it to empower you in the present and future

• Be as totally committed and passionate about achieving your goals as I will be

• Be completely open and honest at all times with me, as I will with you

• Agree and commit to our pre-arranged Life Coaching sessions whether by telephone or face to face

• Willingly and actively work with challenges and materials as we agree during our sessions

• Commit to working between sessions to achieve the tasks and goals you have identified

My job is to support, challenge and guide you towards the VISION you’re aiming to achieve, to ask you questions that will bring answers you already have to your awareness.  Your job is to be totally committed to the coaching process, to yourself and your desired vision and outcome, which means being dedicated and following through on all the tasks that we agree on and mutually set from one session to the next.  The results you achieve will be directly linked to and dependent on this.
