What is GoddessGuide Body Confidence?
GoddessGuide Body Confidence is my personally created self-help therapy mainly for women who have a negative body image whether because of an eating disorder, deformity or simply a perceived feeling of physical inadequacy, such as weight issues. You sit for me nude during a session or several sessions whilst I draw and/or paint you.
How can GoddessGuide Body Confidence help me?
By facing your demons and sitting for me nude to be drawn or painted, it often helps to overcome our feelings of perceived bodily inadequacy. When you see my painted image of you, it will most probably be completely – postively – different to how you see yourself. I bet you’ll even say ‘but I’m beautiful!’ The way forward is to learn to accept and love ourselves unconditionally just as we are, beginning now. We may as well as we’ll be with ourselves all our lives!
How does GoddessGuide Body Confidence work?
Through drawing and/or painting you nude, I show you that every body shines with an internal and external beauty, and that it is only your own perceived negative mental image and belief that makes it otherwise.
What mediums do you work in?
I work with a number of mediums – watercolour, graphite (pencil), charcoal and pastels. If you have any preference for medium or colours, please let me know at the beginning. There will be a variety of poses throughout the session – sitting, standing, lying etc. It will basically consist of 1½ hours including a short break.

Contact me! The cost of a single session is €75, a session being 1½ hours plus €30 for your choice of one unframed sketch. If a block of sessions are pre-booked, a saving will apply.
Are you happy with the body you have? Do you want to give yourself or your partner a special and unique gift.? This has become increasingly popular for individuals and couples in what is known as erotic imagery. If you prefer to commission a painting rather than drawing, prices begin from €100.
